I started this journey with a goal in mind - I could never have imagined how much has actually changed. Abbie was there every step of the way to guide me and get me to where I am today. I have never felt so HEALTHY! I have established routines, look forward to taking walks, can tell when I haven’t drank enough water during the day, and have a whole new appreciation and understanding of food. Abbie has been such a help when it comes to reaching my nutrition and fitness goals! Before I started working with her I had a very unhealthy relationship with food and never provided my body with the nutrients it needed. My mindset was to be skinny I had to skip meals (I have only eaten dinner since I was a young girl) Even though I barley weighed 103 my body looked bloated and I was always running low on energy.

I discovered Abbie on Instagram and immediately reached out to her. I told her that I would like to tone my body and learn how to eat correctly. She has helped so much in the the couple months, completely changing my body both mentally and physically. Even eating double the calories I used to eat I actually weigh less than when I started, fueling my body has helped my metabolism work correctly! I wake up looking forward to going to the gym every morning and eating the healthy food I need to gain muscle. She has taught me how to count my macros based on what my body needs and I’m seeing incredible results!
